• You are entitled for 100% refund if the management consider that we have provided incorrect written information or consultancy during our process.
  • If the client opts to terminate the agreement prior to submitting the application to the concerned governing body or during the course of processing there will be no refund.
  • The client acknowledges that there shall be no refund due if, through no fault of the consultant, the application is not submitted, not accepted, terminated or cannot proceed due to reasons relating to government policy (including any Ministerial Instructions), a change in law, regulation or selection criteria and/or if the client fails to adequately support all qualifications claimed.
  • MSG VISA SERVICES (MIGRATION SUPPORTS GLOBAL) is not responsible for the delay caused by a third-party service such as Courier Services etc. Based on external factors like these, Client cannot claim a refund of service charges.
  • MSG VISA SERVICES (MIGRATION SUPPORTS GLOBAL) has a zero-tolerance policy for charge backs. Any customer who disputes a credit card payment that is found to be valid will be permanently blacklisted and barred from use of the service. Any past due fees and costs will be sent to collections.
  • The applicant undertakes to meet such requirement as desired by the concerned immigration/other authorities, and failure to provide such funds by the applicant shall not make MSG VISA SERVICES (MIGRATION SUPPORTS GLOBAL) liable for any refund of the service charges or part thereof. In such cases, no refund request for service charges will be accepted.
  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Customer can cancel their requested services within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
